ABSTRACT
Dynamic and stochastic programming methods are often used nowadays for optimization problems solutions. Technological progress, computer performance and programs improvement led to expansion of optimization problems and their appearing in new spheres.
A brief review of dynamic and stochastic programming methods for solution of optimization problems in logistics (there are both classic logistic problems and problems from other spheres, however, from spheres where processes are interlinked with logistic functions and operations, given) is provided in the article. There are main features of reviewed optimization problems (whether the stated problem is one-period or multi-period, whether it is one-index or multi-index, main constraints, optimization criteria and solution methods, uncertainties) given.
The article presents multi-period multi-index optimization problem devoted to the search of optimal strategy of computers purchase and selling via retailers. It is required to find optimal correlation between number of bought and sold computers of three types during four months under the changing demand, there is only demand forecast based on marketing research available. Mathematical statement of the problem and statement of this problem in MATLAB are offered as well as this problem solution in MATLAB.

ABSTRACT
The conditions of the pandemic have changed many aspects of economic life, including logistics in some areas. In the current situation, people were isolated from offline purchases of certain types of goods, but the need for purchases themselves remained, so the distribution of goods and services on the Internet is actively developing – the fashion industry is considered as an example. In the context of the pandemic, and as a result, a decline in sales and failures in the supply chain, priority logistics tasks for players in this industry are the development of online sales channels and their digitalization; transformation and digitalization of supply chains in order to increase their reliability, reduce the order execution cycle and ensure a quick response to changes in consumer demand. The features and specifics of the fashion industry for effective design and supply chain management in this industry are revealed. The prerequisites, conditions and factors of structural changes in the supply chain in the context of the coronavirus pandemic are determined. The article proposes a transformed model of the supply chain in the fashion industry which responds to the current conditions for the sector functioning and consumer needs.

ABSTRACT
Virtual and augmented reality technologies are one of the innovative areas that contribute to the overall trend of logistics digitalization. This study examines the main technological advances in the field of virtual and augmented reality. The article presents a classification of virtual and augmented reality devices, an overview of solutions available on the market, and a comparison of their characteristics. Based on the analysis of publications of research results and experiments conducted using virtual and augmented reality devices, the main requirements for these devices and promising ways and areas of their application in logistics are identified. The results of the analysis of the experience of using these technologies by Russian and foreign logistics companies are presented, problems and prospects are identified. We also determined problems that prevent the mass implementation of virtual and augmented reality technologies in logistics processes due to the imperfection of devices, software, and the lack of specialists. The advantages that a company can get by implementing virtual and augmented reality technologies in its logistics processes are pinpointed.

ABSTRACT
Today, despite the well-developed issues in the field of logistics, the impact on the size of the logistics costs of the factor of maintaining the intellectual property in the foreign trade commodity flow is not investigated.
The article identifies logistic risks associated with the increase in logistic costs due to costs associated with the movement of foreign trade flow of goods containing the intellectual property.
A comparative analysis of time and material costs arising from the movement of goods containing intellectual property items across the customs border is presented.
The main criteria characterizing the specificity of the commodity flow containing an object of intellectual property are considered.
As a result, the following is proposed:
measures to minimize logistic costs (time and financial) in relation to the movement of goods flow containing the object of intellectual property;
measures to minimize logistic risks of the foreign trade commodity flow the documents for which do not indicate the intellectual property object.
The methodology consisted of the theoretical foundations of the essence of logistic costs and the flow of goods containing IPOs, the current EAEU customs legislation, system analysis.
Conclusion: the article determines main directions for the development of logistic advantages associated with the reduction of time and material costs when moving foreign trade commodity flow containing intellectual property requiring further research.

ABSTRACT
The paper reviews well-known routing problems (Vehicle Routing Problem, VRP), that are an essential part of the transport logistics. The mathematical models of various routing problems’ classes are given: with account to a transport vehicle’s carrying capacity (TV); with the time windows; with split delivery; with a given planning time horizon (periodic problem); with backhauls; with satellite facilities. Since the routing problems are the NP-hard objectives of combinatorial optimization, for the sake of their practical application in the sphere of the transportation management the various heuristic algorithms are being developed. The known metaheuristics are expounded in the paper that present the local search algorithms as well as constructive algorithms, namely, the genetic algorithm; the evolutionary strategies; the ant colony algorithms’ series; the alternating neighbourhood search algorithm. Herewith, the attention is paid to the solution coding and to some neighbourhood constructing solution operations. Since in practice the routing problems are closely connected with the goods disposition within the transport vehicles (the 3D packing problem), the approximate algorithms which provide obtaining the goods packing map are described. The given review of various routing problems’ classes and the effective methods of their solution aid in practical problems of the effective routes search for the goods delivery to various customers. So, Part 2 of the paper describes the mathematical model and the methods of one practical task resolving that is processed together with the 3D packing problem of goods inside car transport vehicles.

ABSTRACT
Logistics occupies an important role in the organizational structure of modern business management. With the transition to the concept of supply chain management (SCM), its responsibilities also include coordinating functions. On the other hand, SCM is a critical area for multinational corporations with enough market power. This article aims to bring together scientific knowledge in the field of organizational design of multinational corporations (MNC) and the construction of organizational structures for logistics management.
A key feature of designing the organizational structure of logistics management in MNCs is the increased importance of national culture. This is confirmed by the articles on the role of the human factor in the SCM. Besides, other articles show the influence of the national culture criteria on the practices of crossfunctional coordination. In this regard, it is important not only to understand the peculiarities of national cultures, but also to be able to use them when implementing SCM practices, in other words, to be culturally intelligent. The article demonstrated the possibility of considering these characteristics both in theoretical terms and in practice, using an illustrative example of a large MNC. In addition, the specificity of the divisional organizational management structure development was demonstrated, where, on the one hand, both regional and product specificities are considered, on the other, the principle of dual subordination is absent. The developed methodology seems to be effective as it expands the knowledge of the manager responsible for building a rational organizational structure for managing logistics.

ABSTRACT
Unmanned technology is one of the innovative directions in logistics gradually entering our life. Many companies in Russia and abroad are developing in this direction. How close are they to realization and industrial implementation? What types of unmanned vehicles exist at the moment? This article presents the classification of unmanned technology, as well as a review of the market for existing unmanned solutions, their features and manufacturers. Unmanned vehicles, drones, unmanned water and rail vehicles, as well as robots for cargo handling in a warehouse were considered. Using the press releases from leading manufacturers and customers of unmanned vehicles, an analysis of Russian and foreign experience in the use of unmanned technology in logistics was conducted, the results of which revealed the main areas of their application. The problems that impede the mass implementation of unmanned technologies in logistic processes associated with both imperfections of unmanned technologies and other external factors were also identified. The advantages of unmanned solutions in comparison to traditional vehicles were determined. Prospective areas of application of unmanned technology, promising to increase the efficiency of logistics processes and the level of logistics services were considered
