ABSTRACT
The success of any logistics provider under the development of a digital economy di-rectly depends on the decision-making system, taking into account the dynamic nature of the environment and the optimal construction of the internal structure. In an effort to ensure a stable economic position in a competitive market, they pay more attention to both process monitoring, management system analysis and forecasting tasks. At the same time, classic models based on imitating modelling of processes and systems are proposed; for the study of control models, it is necessary to supplement the analysis based on structural diagrams and dynamic links. The use of dynamic links significantly expands the functionality of modelling methods and allows not only to investigate the stock turn, but also to simulate the con-trol actions on the system to achieve the specified parameters. Modelling processes based on dynamic links allows us to investigate the stability of logistics systems, to assess the im-pact of disturbances on the system and elements. The proposed management model for the logistics system is implemented according to the feedback control principle, which additio-nally contributes to the formation of a more accurate decision-making system. The develo-ped model has the ability to scale for different levels of planning and takes into account the dynamic nature of the processes in the logistics system, taking into account the influence of the environment. The article additionally outlines the limits of application of simulation mo-delling in the AnyLogic environment for the study of control systems, which substantiates the practical importance of using structural diagrams and dynamic links for logistic systems.

ABSTRACT
Analysis of the efficiency and management decisions risk is especially important today for the domestic enterprises operating in conditions of expensive financial resources and under pressure of international sanctions. The article presents various options for the formulation of the problem of the efficiency analysis of financial and material resources management in terms of their limitations. The problem of finding an optimum production expansion programme is formalized. Static and dynamic performances are given. The paper presents an example of implementing one of the models for practical solutions to a single-period problem of expanding the range of finished products. The paper shows a possibility of obtaining values of the output of each species and the procurement of equipment maximizing the profit under a given budget, certain amount of own funds required, the solution on expediency of a loan.

ABSTRACT
Integrated supply chain management is becoming a promising direction of the research; its structure continues to evolve in conditions of integration and synchronization of material, service, information and intellectual flows, which in turn opens up new opportunities for interdisciplinary analysis. Unlike integrated logistics, where the main theoretical and methodological bases are already systematized, in the integrated management of supply chains (mainly, multi-level, called supply networks), this process only gets its development. Therefore, the article analyzes theories, methods, and models, economic metrics, existing terms, and definitions, taking into account the optimization of supply chains and the requirements for reliability, stability, and adaptability. An approach to the formation of integrated management of logistics systems based on the interrelation of the operational, tactical and strategic levels of decisionmaking is proposed. Information technologies, being a basis for supply chain planning, execution, and optimization systems, are recognized as the enabler for the proposed approach to the integrated supply chain management. With the help of IT, it becomes possible to unite the primary business processes throughout the whole chain, as well as using key performance indicators and operational information to identify bottlenecks in supply chains so as to provide their elimination in the most optimal way for the purpose of achieving critical strategies.

ABSTRACT
The task of increasing the efficiency of production and and financial activities is more relevant today for domestic enterprises of the real sector of the economy, which is necessary in the coming years to solve the problem of import substitution on a number of items of products, previously imported from the European Union and the United States. The paper presents various options for setting the problem of optimizing the enterprise production program with limited material and financial resources. The dynamic and static performances, as well as a model that takes into account the uncertainty of the state of the environment. Static models belong to the class of linear and nonlinear programming. The dynamic model is the optimal control problem for which, due to the complexity of the decision procedures, proposed a method of obtaining an approximate solution based on the approximation of the integrand. Uncertainties taken into account in two models: one assumes that a priori unknown prices for finished products, the other – the best solution depends
on the advance of the unknown quantity of inflation. An example of one of the models implementation for the practical solution of the problem of production program optimization of the food industry is given in the article. It is shown that the solution can not only determine the optimum amounts of the finished product for multi nomenclature production, but also to justify the conclusion about the need to attract credit and leasing.

ABSTRACT
Transportation is a key logistic function involving removal and relocation of material assets, production in progress, and finished products in vehicles using an established transportation technology.
According to statistical data, the total logistic spending on performance of logistic operations in supply networks varies, in different countries, from 10% (e.g. in the US) to 20% of the GDP (Singapore, the Russian Federation). A large-scale analysis enables categorizing these expenses by basic components: transportation (40-45%), storage and stock management (30-40%), and administrative and managerial functions (up to 15%). It is obvious that the reduction of transportation costs is a burning issue whose settlement will improve efficiency of the logistic systems.
A promising solution to the established problem is development of the methodological support including relevant models and methods of evaluating the transport and logistic operations. However, the methods considered in research publications are fragmentary and incomplete while the existing analytical apparatus used for optimizing the costs in transport and logistic systems needs rework and concretization that would take into account the specifics of the supply networks.
The article deals with transportation management methods in supply chains and presents the author's flowchart to choose a delivery system in supply chains, that summarizes modern methodology approaches and solutions connected with transportation in supply chains, describes the methodology to do an economic evaluation of made decisions in transportation management on the basis of KPIs, describing company’s logistics based on the cost management concept.
