ABSTRACT
In a highly competitive environment, building resilient supply chains plays an extremely important role in ensuring the regular flow of material. The main problem in this issue is the lack of a common understanding of the concept of supply chain resilience and the main characteristics of a sustainable chain. This article analyzes the main components of the concept of supply chain sustainability, presents the classification of possible risks leading to failures, and the model of a viable supply chain. Scientific approaches to definition, evaluation and improvement of resilience from the point of view of domestic and foreign research works are also considered.
Based on the results of this work, it was concluded that in many works of modern domestic and foreign researchers, resilient supply chains are endowed with many similar features and that there is a sufficiently large potential for further research in the field of assessing the resilience of chains. Key areas for improving resilience were also highlighted.

ABSTRACT
The analysis of scientific works devoted to the formation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of transport services shows that the long-term path includes the consolidation of a number of basic (key) indicators, the definition of auxiliary indicators, as well as the definition of the company's place among competitors. It is possible to form the appropriate set of models for the calculation of following basic indicators. Productivity (for example, hourly productivity); time parameters (transport time, time for paperwork, time for loading and unloading, etc.); transportation costs (cost of transportation, loading and unloading, storage costs, return flow, etc.); reliability (probability of failure, sustainability of the process and time parameters). We are proposing the original two-level structure of a transport company performance indicators and the model for calculating KPI for assessment of various transport types, that can be used as a basis for development of software contributing to digitalization of transport services.

ABSTRACT
Among logistic management issues nowadays the most urgent one is the problem of method choice for assessing supply chain efficiency performance indexes. Mostly, that could be explained by fragmented nature of conducted research works among Russian and foreign experts. Herewith the lapse of any united analytical and methodological basis for conducting calculations complicates the efficiency assessment task and deprives it of almost any economic sense, because, in our opinion, application of comparing methods or just orientation to an «ideal» performance in the industry do not fully correlate with criteria of accuracy and adequacy of numeric examples.
The paper contains analysis of the leading research works devoted to the problem of developing efficiency assessment methods for supply chains; proposes ways of developing existing approaches considering analytical models and methods; provides sample calculations.

ABSTRACT
Recently the importance of logistic risks management problem is increasing. The number of publications connected with such problems as the assessment of the logistic risk event consequences and logistic risks management effectiveness is growing. The effectiveness is interrelated with the reliability, sustainability and other terms which have close meaning. Meanwhile, there is not a consistent approach to the systematization and structuring of these terms up to now. Their essesnce understanding is crucial for the approach development concernint the logistic risks management effectiveness evaluation in supply chaind and supply chain diagnostics for the purpose of risks identification. In this article the attempt to systematize the main elements of the term “supply chain sustainability” is made. Moreover, the types and response characteristics of supply chains on disturbing actions are given. The main directions of supply chain sustainability evaluation are determined and the logistic risks identification procedure in iron and steel companies’ supply chains is suggested and demonstrated.

ABSTRACT
The article report about current problems of reliability and stability in modern logistics and supply chain management. Problems related to the logistics market development in sphere of customer orientation (CRM methodology - Customer Relationship Management), which requires ensuring customer loyalty. The article notes there is a significant increase in customer requirements to the quality of logistics services, is largely independent of the properties under consideration. The market growing demand for reliable logistics services due to the prevailing conditions in the market, require customers to intensification of business logistics companies while increasing its efficiency.
Part of the article is devoted to the role and importance of the technical and technological infrastructure of logistics, which is due to the aforementioned factors become more complicated and expensive, at the same time strengthening its role in the implementation of business processes. The reliability of the technical and technological infrastructure in modern conditions greatly affects the reliability of logistics services and in the long run it affects on business performance.
The key problem in logistics and supply chain management is metric. Up to now, in most cases, researchers and practitioners of logistics considerate only on reliability at a qualitative level. Reliability is presented at certain SCOR model on a qualitative level. At the same time was developed powerful algorithm of quantitative reliability calculating, using that after adaptation to logistic service the problem can be solved. Exactly in this aspect, the article says the practical experience of such an approach, which is based on a probabilistic model. It attended at a new standard of reliability established in 2009, which includes the position of the international standard of quality services. The article also discusses the features, the similarities and differences of such important for logistics characteristic, as reliability and stability.

ABSTRACT
The modern development of supply chains create new structural formations such as process type based on SCOR-models. However, the characteristics of the model are defined only qualitatively. The interpretation of their quantitative descriptions were not conducted.
It is necessary to develop a quantitative model of their characteristics. They will help to provide the efficiency of enterprises in logistics.
The article presents two versions of quantitative description for the SCOR model characteristics.
This article describes the options of sustainability assesment based on a new standard for reliability and based on the original methodology of complex sustainability assessment for the enterprises in logistics. The original algorithm of integrated stability assessment for company's business is considered The algorithm of the sustainability comprehensive assessment can be used to assess the economic sustainability of the providers processes, also for operators in supply chain and the supply chain as a whole, as well as for the diagnosis of it’s functionality. The considered approach opens up new possibilities for the development of quantitative methods for process models assessing in logistics.

ABSTRACT
Recently several scientific works have been published, which suggested to apply methods of reliability theory in order to calculate the delivery reliability in supplies. This supply system is seen as a recovery system; as for the reliability of supply it is characterized by the availability function K a, and general indicator of supply reliability is the probability of failure-free supply P(t) at a given time τ for the entire study period (t, t+τ), which is calculated on the assumption that the failure rate λ(t) obeys an exponential distribution. The results of our studies show the failure rate λ(t) is generally a subject to a normal distribution, instead of an exponential distribution. And existing methods of calculating the delivery reliability in supplies do not take into account the non-stationary and discontinuity of supply disruptions. This paper proposes an improved method of calculating the delivery reliability in supplies, which allows non-stationarity as well as discontinuity of supply disruptions, therefore, more accurate data describing the reliability of suppliers is obtained.
