ABSTRACT

In today's business environment, there is an increase in the variety and degree of influence of disturbing influences on the processes of supply chains, reducing their stability and reliability, which requires a timely response to various kinds of disturbances, taking into account changes in the segment-forming properties of the market. At the same time, high rates
of internal and external changes lead to the need to promptly introduce new technological, technical and informational solutions for the implementation of basic processes in order to achieve balance and improve performance. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for a fundamentally new focus of supply chain management processes in the presence
of a disturbance flow based on the application of the concept of vulnerability to timely identify vulnerabilities, disturbing influences affecting the stability of the functioning of the chain and the formation of preventive control actions of a multilevel nature in leveling disturbances.
A constant diagnosis of the factors and causes of the supply chain vulnerability is needed, which is defined as the sensitivity of the chain to the probabilistic possibility of the configuration match of the corresponding threat and the vulnerable (weak) place of the chain, resulting in the risk of compositional matching of the force field of influence at the point of application. The special focus of the study (article) is on building an adaptive supply chain management model based on the vulnerability concept, which will allow an identified assessment of the likelihood of chain vulnerability to be rated and the degree of hazard based on a structured approach (FMEA analysis) to identify chain vulnerabilities and potential threats that may affect the sustainable functioning and security of the supply chain while ensuring the achievement of target areas.

ABSTRACT

The problem of optimal management of various types of production resources in conditions of uncertainty and risk taking into account reworks is relevant and necessary to ensure the competitiveness of modern domestic industrial enterprises.
The paper deals with dynamic models of management of production resources of the enterprise, which provide maximum profit from the sale of products produced for a certain period of time, taking into account the risk, taking into account waste and reworks on technological operations of the industrial enterprise. The analysis of stability in models of management of production and financial activities of the enterprise is carried out. In conclusion, an example of calculation of the management of production and financial activities of a small enterprise which assemblies system blocks of personal computers is analyzed.
Scientific survey is based on fundamental and applied developments of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of economic theory, management theory, logistics theory and supply chain management, methods of mathematical modeling, system analysis, operations research and expert evaluation methods.
The considered dynamic models of management of production and financial activities of the enterprise allow estimating efficiency of use of production and financial assets of the enterprise in the conditions of uncertainty and risk taking into account waste and rework.

ABSTRACT

Today the increase in productivity and efficiency of the companies is directly connected with information technology development. Application of modern information technologies in logistics and supply chain management are needed to reduce costs and improve process efficiency. One of the most relevant directions in the field of logistics, in terms of process automation, is the purchasing activity of the companies. In relation to purchases, one of the most perspective technologies is the blockchain technology. Blockchain is a distributed database and the corresponding management system of current distributed database, by means of which the considered technology is implemented. This technology allows automating process of transactions in information systems of the companies by using smart contracts. It is declared, that use of this technology will allow to automate and optimize several processes related to purchases and other directions. However, the novelty of this technology creates some risks connected with the implementation of systems based on blockchain technology and lack of the legislative base. In this way, it is necessary to carry out the blockchain market status assessment and the analysis of risks and further perspectives of applying this technology. The article includes examples of the existing blockchain projects, considers analytical data of research about potential perspectives of technology and systematizes information about the possibility of use blockchain technology in purchasing activity of the companies. The analysis shows areas of purchasing activity where the use of blockchain technology is most justified, what problems need attention and what changes are happening in the blockchain market now.
