ABSTRACT
The article shows the dynamics of the Russian transport and logistics services market in the economic crisis. The changes associated with the negative tendency affects mainly the activities of the real estate companies specialized in the storage facilities. That is why the paper is focused on the consideration of the warehouse real estate market development, particularly in Moscow region. In the paper special attention is paid to the investigation of the tendencies in the market of class A warehouses. It is concluded that the stable warehouse real estate market will continue its further development in the future. Analysis of the current business conditions shows the reduction of the rental rates in dollar currency by 35-45% in comparison with the rates in 2013-2014.The paper provides the priority directions of the logistics market development in the economic recession period in the Russian Federation.
