ABSTRACT
The study provides an analysis of the possibilities of using digital twins for after-sales service for robotic products. Industry 4.0 technologies and digitalization are a new reality for many companies in different areas of industries. After-sales service is an important stage in the supply chain of robotic products, and digital methods of its implementation are an effective alternative to traditional ones. After-sales service is associated with a number of problems, the solution of which is associated with the introduction of digital service methods.
In the course of the research, the methods of comparative analysis, systematization, expert survey, analysis of information sources, and the case study method were used.
A comparative analysis of the concept of "digital twin" showed similar interpretations among different researchers. The analysis of the problems arising in connection with the use of digital twins in production also revealed a number of features of the use of digital copies of robotic equipment.
Successful cases allowed us to make a conclusion about the effectiveness of using this technology in real enterprises. The study allowed us to confirm the hypothesis about the effectiveness of using digital counterparts of robots, but did not answer the question about the methodology for determining the feasibility of introducing digital copies at specific enterprises of the Russian industry. Further work will be related to the development of recommendations for various organizations regarding the choice of digital methods of after-sales service for robotic products.

ABSTRACT
During the pandemic, Russian pharmaceutical companies faced the problem of not being able to make quick decisions due to the lack of high – quality data and the problems of obtaining them in real time, which does not allow them to manage risks, conduct a reasonable analysis of consumer demand and make medium-term (and even more so-long-term) forecasts.
Digitalization provides flexibility in supply planning, taking into account the high volatility of demand. The effectiveness of digitalization of supply chains in previously existing studies is taken for granted, but during the pandemic, after receiving real negative experience, it became necessary to re-evaluate the importance of digital solutions in supply chain management, to consider digital solutions that allow evaluating the effectiveness of not individual participants in the supply chain, but the entire chain as a whole. An analysis of the existing digital solutions used in the pharmaceutical industry's supply chain management, namely the COVID-19 vaccine supply chain, is of strategic importance for the entire global community and all supply chains during the pandemic, as the economy will not recover as long as the public health crisis continues.
The article analyzes the international scientific literature devoted to the research of problems in the supply chains of the pharmaceutical industry, identifies key problems, as a digital solution in the management of the supply chains of vaccines from COVID-19, a digital twin is proposed, the conceptual model of which is described using the SCOR methodology, and the e-SCOR technology is proposed for the implementation of the Digital twin.
The article conceptually describes the application of the digital twin in the supply chain management of COVID-19 vaccines, taking into account the increase in chain transparency, demand forecasting, increased response in the supply chain, inventory, warehouse and transport capacity management, routing changes when replacing / increasing production locations, cold chain monitoring, risk management to improve the efficiency of supply chains, return flow management.
The research methods used in this article are analysis, comparison, generalization, graphical representation of data, reference models of processes, simulation modeling, methods of big data analysis, digital technologies.

ABSTRACT
Currently businesses are adapting their business processes to the ever-changing market conditions. This involves a continuous monitoring and improvement of business processes. Process Mining is a useful approach to automated reconstruction of business process models from event logs collected from a company's information systems, and to detecting deviations from the assumed process model and monitoring of process KPIs. There is a growing trend towards implementing Process Mining tools in logistics and supply chain management. This paper presents key concepts of Process Mining. The methods are illustrated with a practical example of a logistical process analysis. We consider three main types of Process Mining. Finally, an overview of research and business cases for Process Mining in logistics and
supply chain management are provided.

ABSTRACT
It is shown that the concept of «Digital Twin» is becoming an increasingly popular method of solving key problems in supply chain management, in particular, when monitoring logistics business processes. A detailed analysis of literary sources and Internet resources on the subject of digital twins is carried out. The basic terminology, the terms of «Digital Twin» and of similar concepts, such as «digital footprint», «digital shadow», «digital thread», are given. The basic properties (characteristics) of digital twins and the advantages obtained by using this concept in supply chains are considered. The methodological aspects of the Digital Twin concept are analyzed both in the academic environment and in the context of the practice of large companies.
It is shown that the problem of monitoring consumer goods can be effectively solved using digital counterparts of the FMCG sector supply chains.
The main variants of the Supply Chain Digital Twin «design» are presented. An FMCG supply chain monitoring system using convergence of digital twins of products and processes in the chain is proposed. An example of the construction of a monitoring system in the supply chain of GHIOTTONE consumer goods using the digital counterparts of the main processes represented by the SCOR model is considered.

ABSTRACT
The article considers problems of supply chain digital transformation. A framework for supply chain digital transformation consisting of four basic elements is proposed: digitalization of customer experience, digitalization of products and services, digitalization of operations / processes, digital transformation of a company / supply chain. The content (functional) structure of four frame blocks is defined and the main components (systems, technologies) that make up the digital content of the framework are described in detail.
The authors created a diagram (algorithm) of the supply chain digitalization process that includes three main stages: awareness of the need for digitalization, digital vision and strategy, a digital chain transformation technique as such.
The process of supply chain digital transformation itself includes a number of design decisions related to the formation of a communication network structure (Multi Party Network), in particular, using Blockchain technology, an integrated supply chain planning system, the Digital Twin ecosystem, as well as a digital platform control and monitoring of events in the supply chain (Supply Chain Control Tower).

ABSTRACT
The advanced concept of control, monitoring and management of complex supply chains «Supply Chain Control Tower – SCCT» is considered. The basic terminology is given, the problematics is indicated and the key stages of the evolution of the SCCT concept are analyzed in the direction of increasing the maturity level of projects from version CT 1.0 to version CT
4.0. The shortcomings of earlier versions of the Control Tower (1.0-2.0) are analyzed. The article describes the design methodology of modern SCCT, including ensuring end-to-end visibility of the supply chain, building and exchanging data in a Multi-party Network, synthesis of a digital model – a twin of the physical supply chain; creation of information hubs for reli-
able storage and transmission of information using digital technologies, in particular, the blockchain. Examples of the implementation of the Control Tower 4.0 company One Network are set. The advantages of using advanced versions of Control Tower 4.0 for controlling and adaptive management of complex supply chains using predictive analytics and artificial intelligence are shown.
