ABSTRACT
Using the example of international road carriers, we consider approaches to assessing the complex indicator of competitiveness. Based on a sample of the performance results of the best transport companies from different countries, a comparison is made, and the factors that influence the change in indicators are determined. The best indicator values are set, which can serve as a guide for international road transportation companies. Based on the analysis of road transport performance indicators in the EEU countries, it was revealed that there are differences in the development of this type of activity, but all countries are characterized by an unsatisfactory state of the vehicle fleet. The change of generations of equipment in road transport is characterized by a short period, which is only 4 years, with an average change of 8-10 years. Problems with updating the car fleet lead to the fact that six generations of vehicles are simultaneously operating on the market. The paper offers a tool for determining the gap at the level of a country or individual enterprise from the market leaders.

ABSTRACT
The article report about current problems of reliability and stability in modern logistics and supply chain management. Problems related to the logistics market development in sphere of customer orientation (CRM methodology - Customer Relationship Management), which requires ensuring customer loyalty. The article notes there is a significant increase in customer requirements to the quality of logistics services, is largely independent of the properties under consideration. The market growing demand for reliable logistics services due to the prevailing conditions in the market, require customers to intensification of business logistics companies while increasing its efficiency.
Part of the article is devoted to the role and importance of the technical and technological infrastructure of logistics, which is due to the aforementioned factors become more complicated and expensive, at the same time strengthening its role in the implementation of business processes. The reliability of the technical and technological infrastructure in modern conditions greatly affects the reliability of logistics services and in the long run it affects on business performance.
The key problem in logistics and supply chain management is metric. Up to now, in most cases, researchers and practitioners of logistics considerate only on reliability at a qualitative level. Reliability is presented at certain SCOR model on a qualitative level. At the same time was developed powerful algorithm of quantitative reliability calculating, using that after adaptation to logistic service the problem can be solved. Exactly in this aspect, the article says the practical experience of such an approach, which is based on a probabilistic model. It attended at a new standard of reliability established in 2009, which includes the position of the international standard of quality services. The article also discusses the features, the similarities and differences of such important for logistics characteristic, as reliability and stability.

ABSTRACT
A manufacturing company frequently plays a role of forming unit in a supply chain. The quality of manufacturer’s logistic system administration is an important impact factor for both company’s and supply chain’s performance and competitiveness. This article deals with the topical problem which consists in evaluation of logistic system administration efficiency in a focus company’s supply chain. The methodology for solving this problem, which was developed by the author, is presented. It includes 3 groups of indexes: strategic, which are presented in terms of Balanced Scorecard (BSC); operational, which estimate logistic system administration quality and integrated, which are calculated following changes in crucial for this system (subsystem) indexes’ rate of growth.
The quantitative evaluation of such logistic system’s characteristics, as organization, rhythmicality, synchrony and stability, which are used in the process of logistic system operational management as well as integrated indexes, which are offered by the author, are of academic interest. These indexes allow estimating the impact of the logistic system administration quality on a focus company’s and supply chain’s efficiency.
