ABSTRACT
The introduction of online commerce changed the business models of formerly pure stationary retailers by introducing new sales and logistics channels. In the light of increasing customer requirements, increasing competition and cost pressure, retail companies are trying to link all channels synergistically under the concept of «omni-channel retail», which promises
a seamless shopping experience and is intended to exploit cost-cutting potential. This represents new challenges for logistics, as connected service concepts are difficult to reconcile with the existing infrastructure. It is uncertain what logistics actually has to do to satisfy the customer and how this can be done as efficiently as possible. This paper develops a theoretical model which enables a qualitative description and analysis of an omni-channel logistics system and applies it to the case study of a large German retail company. Managers can find valuable suggestions on how to analyze their own logistics system. Researchers can further deepen the model described to generate further research work and results.

ABSTRACT
To optimize logistics activities the article develops an architectural approach to the design of the business system operating model in the context of its main stages – the identification of strategic requirements, the construction of a system of top-level processes (value chains) and models of functional systems. The model is based on a conceptual map of logistics activities.
A review of the materials of the state of the organization of logistics activities in Russia is carried out, showing that at most enterprises the logistics service is not endowed with integrating functions of flow management.
A universal normative template for building activity systems is proposed; based on this template, on the example of a particular enterprise, the procedure of architectural modelling of the logistics system is given.
Functional logistics systems are considered as a complex of competence Centers, which allows us to further consider the owner of the functional system of "logistics management", while giving him the appropriate authority as a Manager ensuring the integrative nature of all components of the logistics system of the enterprise.
Thus, the architectural model creates a platform for the integration of logistics activities of the organization, which leads to a systemic effect (due to coherence growth of all elements).
This, in turn, gives a sharp increase in business efficiency, and also serves as the basis for designing the optimal organizational structure and digital transformation of this area of activity.

Conceptual Rationale for the Development of a Mining Enterprise Logistics Management Model

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the formation of a management model of the logistics system of a mining enterprise – the focal company of the supply chain. To ensure its activities, a mining company forms a complex structure – the supply chain, representing a set of organizations creating additional customer value, interacting with the movement of material and other related flows from the source of raw materials to the final consumer. Supply chain management activities include integrative behavior of a focal company aimed at its customers and suppliers. The efficiency of the entire supply chain depends primarily on the effectiveness of the activities of its main link – the logistics system of the focal company of the supply chain.
To solve this problem, the author proposed a conceptual approach based on system analysis to form a model for managing the logistics system of the focal company of the supply chain.
The proposed approach specifies the purpose of the logistics system, conditions and methods for achieving it, the necessary resources, business processes, qualitative parameters to evaluate the effectiveness of managing the logistics system and its subsystems. The need to adapt the proposed model of management of the logistics system to the specific conditions of a mining enterprise activity affecting the mechanism of management of logistics flows is justified.
The author has developed a technique for quantitative assessment of the properties of the logistics system, as well as indicators for the operational control and evaluation of the management efficiency of the mining company’s logistics system.

ABSTRACT
In the article main aspects of strategic technical planning of the system for providing metallurgical production with prepared materials are considered. Shown: the transition of metallurgy enterprises to work with prepared materials requires a change in the conditions for the shipment, delivery and consumption of these materials, necessitates their consumption from the wheels, and the assessment of transport from the point of view of direct interaction with production. The necessity of using in these conditions for the provision of metallurgy enterprises with the prepared materials of highly organized, based on the integral paradigm, evaluated using the requirements of international standards ISO 9000, logistics systems using the capabilities of a single information space supply chains, was proved. The basic condition for the formation of a logistics system for the reliable supply of metallurgical production with prepared materials is determined. The principles of optimizing the parameters of the system ensuring the metallurgical production with prepared materials as a strategic technical basis for its formation are considered. Mathematical models of optimization of the system parameters are proposed. The results of choosing optimal system parameters are presented. The directions of the further development of the research are determined. The completed studies make it possible to determine the conceptual scheme of the new (based on logistic principles and use of the unified information space of supply chains) approach to the strategy of forming, in conditions of extremely difficult external and internal conjuncture, a system of providing metallurgical production with prepared materials - the most important guarantee of its effective functioning.

ABSTRACT
Against the background of the current trends of growth degree of uncertainty and risk in the operation of logistic systems, management to improve their efficiency becomes a strategic priority. The relevance is determined by the demand for logistics analysis of the conditions of mutual influence and the optimal choice of control actions appropriate for achieving the predetermined optimal parameters of the system in the operation and development for different time periods and different conditions. Using a combination of the proposed stochastic model will allow to make better management decisions that are resistant to the most likely changes in the initial data model. The result of the application of the algorithm effectively control the operation of the logistics system based on the concept of capacity building is to achieve growth potential and maximum system efficiency with optimal parameters corresponding to the requirements of the environment.
