ABSTRACT
The content of the concept of supply chain ensuring transparency, currently attracting middle and senior managers' attention in a wide range of companies and industries, is disclosed. The article provides analysis of the reasons for the increased interest in the issues of transparency in supply chains, in particular: pressure from the government, consumers, nongovernmental organizations, etc. on the management of focus companies, to open more information about their supply chains. It has been shown that the reputational costs associated with not meeting these requirements can be very high. The article explains the meaning of supply chain transparency and provides guidelines and methodology for mapping and expanding progress in understanding SC-Transparency. The analysis is based on overseas DRM experience shared by dozens of companies in all industries of all sizes over the past decade with consistent advances in DRM. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the experience of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) – an initiative founded at the MIT Transport and Logistics Center; research by Sourcemap, a provider of supply chain transparency solutions; and research in this area by leading experts and analysts

ABSTRACT
The article considers problems of supply chain digital transformation. A framework for supply chain digital transformation consisting of four basic elements is proposed: digitalization of customer experience, digitalization of products and services, digitalization of operations / processes, digital transformation of a company / supply chain. The content (functional) structure of four frame blocks is defined and the main components (systems, technologies) that make up the digital content of the framework are described in detail.
The authors created a diagram (algorithm) of the supply chain digitalization process that includes three main stages: awareness of the need for digitalization, digital vision and strategy, a digital chain transformation technique as such.
The process of supply chain digital transformation itself includes a number of design decisions related to the formation of a communication network structure (Multi Party Network), in particular, using Blockchain technology, an integrated supply chain planning system, the Digital Twin ecosystem, as well as a digital platform control and monitoring of events in the supply chain (Supply Chain Control Tower).

ABSTRACT
The current situation in the world economy has a significant impact on the imbalance in the use of different types of natural resources. International energy supply chains are a crucial element of energy security, and their sustainability affects market conditions in most countries. The primary purpose of this article is to form the foundations of the theory and methodology of supply chain management of pipeline transport. Authors identified opportunities for the application of the method of the logistics to pipeline transport systems. By analyzing the features of pipeline transport in general, the authors propose the use of methods and models of logistics and supply chain management in the planning of the oil and gas transportation systems, taking into account the characteristics of flows while using this type of transport.

ABSTRACT
In the article the actual problems and the methodology of organizational structure design by companies, which target Russian market, in terms of logistics and SCM departments formation are considered. The classification and main characteristics of organizational structures as well as comparative analysis of hierarchic and adaptive types are given.
Key features connected with logistic and supply chain management (SCM) departments design in the companies’ organizational structures are reflected. It is shown that organizational structure development by the logistics should be initiated by the strategy and key logistic business processes, while the logistics (SCM) department design is connected with the decision-making process concerning specialization, departamentalization, department size and delegation of authority by company’s top management. The model of company’s logistics department organizational structure design is given. It is demonstrated that the organizational design evolution in logistics and SCM is closely related with logistics development.
The main research methodology aspects of logistics and SCM departments organizational design with a foundation of systematic approach (analysis), economic cybernetics methods, operation research, mathematical statistics, decision theory and SCM theory are given. The investigation problem statement for logistics and SCM organizational design evolution in Russian companies is given.

CATEGORY Terminology in Logistics and SCM
ABSTRACT
Author’s vision of nature and methodological basics of entrepreneurial (economic) logistics has been provided in the article. Common components of fundamental basics in business-logistics and other branches of knowledge have been defined. Evolutional differentiation of economic logistics into general, specialized and integrated has been ascertained, and their features in the context of directivity, connections with flow processes and chains in entrepreneurial environment have been grounded. General initial and specific secondary basics of different logistical approaches have been revealed. It has been suggested to view the praxeological approach as classical methodology of entrepreneurial logistics and logistical approach.

ABSTRACT
It is shown that simulation is an effective tool for solving problems of analysis and synthesis of complex systems, which is based on a methodological analysis of the system. The main areas of application of discrete simulation in management: simulation of business processes, simulation of discrete manufacturing systems , logistics warehouses , integrated management of logistics processes based on a simulation model , supply chain management , digital manufacturing . It is proved that the implementation of a dynamic model of the enterprise may use different paradigm of simulation and their combination to describe a variety of business processes and the external environment of the enterprise.

ABSTRACT
The paper covers methodology and methodological approaches to research of controlling of logistics activities in Russian companies. Investigation stages of controlling are specified, and original sample of respondents which consists of companies of different economic areas is described. Methodology of logistic controlling research is based on system and operational analysis, methods of economic cybernetics, mathematical statistics, theory of optimal decision making, management theory. Methodology and methodological principles of the study includes three interrelated phases. One of the main objectives of the study is to test hypothesis about the correlation between business performance and logistics indicators. Examining each hypothesis serious of statistics data is considered, summarized in tables in the line of the essence of hypotheses.
