ABSTRACT

It is shown that the concept of «Digital Twin» is becoming an increasingly popular method of solving key problems in supply chain management, in particular, when monitoring logistics business processes. A detailed analysis of literary sources and Internet resources on the subject of digital twins is carried out. The basic terminology, the terms of «Digital Twin» and of similar concepts, such as «digital footprint», «digital shadow», «digital thread», are given. The basic properties (characteristics) of digital twins and the advantages obtained by using this concept in supply chains are considered. The methodological aspects of the Digital Twin concept are analyzed both in the academic environment and in the context of the practice of large companies.
It is shown that the problem of monitoring consumer goods can be effectively solved using digital counterparts of the FMCG sector supply chains.
The main variants of the Supply Chain Digital Twin «design» are presented. An FMCG supply chain monitoring system using convergence of digital twins of products and processes in the chain is proposed. An example of the construction of a monitoring system in the supply chain of GHIOTTONE consumer goods using the digital counterparts of the main processes represented by the SCOR model is considered.

ABSTRACT

The article shows the relevance of reliable control and monitoring of processes in re-tail supply chains. We consider terminological aspects, general problems and the benefits of effective supply chain monitoring (SCMo). The article analyzes the main drivers of con-trol and monitoring of retail supply chains. The evolution of control systems and monitoring of operations in supply chains based on the concept / methodology of the Supply Chain Con-trol Tower (SCCT) is considered. It is shown that from a historical perspective, the concept of SCCT has passed through four stages (generations): from version SCCT 1.0 to SCCT 4.0. Each generation of the Control Tower is described in detail from the standpoint of functio-nality, advantages, limitations, and software and technological implementation. In terms of methodology, the importance of ensuring traceability and end-to-end (Е2Е) visibility of the supply chain for monitoring retail supply chains has been proved. The article analyzes sig-nificant factors affecting the traceability of the supply chain, as well as characteristics, technical standards and cloud technologies. The visibility of the supply chain of a chain retail operator is illustrated by the example of the cloud platform of the companies Nexus GT and Infor.

ABSTRACT

The advanced concept of control, monitoring and management of complex supply chains «Supply Chain Control Tower – SCCT» is considered. The basic terminology is given, the problematics is indicated and the key stages of the evolution of the SCCT concept are analyzed in the direction of increasing the maturity level of projects from version CT 1.0 to version CT
4.0. The shortcomings of earlier versions of the Control Tower (1.0-2.0) are analyzed. The article describes the design methodology of modern SCCT, including ensuring end-to-end visibility of the supply chain, building and exchanging data in a Multi-party Network, synthesis of a digital model – a twin of the physical supply chain; creation of information hubs for reli-
able storage and transmission of information using digital technologies, in particular, the blockchain. Examples of the implementation of the Control Tower 4.0 company One Network are set. The advantages of using advanced versions of Control Tower 4.0 for controlling and adaptive management of complex supply chains using predictive analytics and artificial intelligence are shown.

ABSTRACT

This article examines strategic aspects of managing logistics risks in large construction projects. Works of V.I. Sergeev, Т.V. Levina, D.A. Ivanov and other analytical studies conducted by the author were taken as a theoretical basis. In order to develop an economically efficient model of logistics risk management, taking into account the costs of their prevention or compensation of consequences, the author proposes a sequence of steps and a set of methods for identifying, assessing, selecting response methods and monitoring of logistic risks. Particular attention is paid to the selection of a rather limited set of risks, allowing real-time project management with a specified accuracy. The author also considers various approaches to the interpretation of the concept of risk and the factors that contribute to its emergence.
